If I had to rate the attractions of Lehigh Gorge State Park, the first place would go to the waterfalls on a mountain stream named Glen Onoko Run. The trail to the falls starts from the Lehigh River, which flows into a stream, climbs a mountain, and passes through magnificently beautiful rhododendron forest.

Fort Delaware State Park
At the mouth of the Delaware River, on the island of Pea Patch, there is a monument to the Civil War - Fort Delaware. The fort was built in 1815 to protect the cities of Philadelphia and Wilmington from a sea attack. The fort was controlled by the Department of Defense until 1945, when it was no longer needed to protect civilians. In 1951, the fort was created a state park.

Buttermilk Falls State Park
Buttermilk Falls State Park is located near the North American city of Ithaca in upstate New York. The main attraction of this park is not difficult to guess, there is a waterfall named Butermilk. Th park is small - it has a pedestrian trail less than a mile long. The main waterfall is located right at the entrance to the park.
